1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Hygiene-related items (if seal is opened)

Clearance or sale items (if mentioned as non-returnable)
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Send order ID, product photos/videos, and the issue.

Our support team will verify and approve the return request.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location.
4. Replacement
After inspecting the returned product:

If approved, we will send a free replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

If the product is out of stock, you may choose a refund or exchange for another product.
- If you are receiving any damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 - 48 hours, so we will re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-10 days
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be approved only after:

The issue is confirmed as valid (wrong/damaged/defective product)

6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, if it has not been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you may apply for a return after delivery (if eligible).
7. Wrong Address / Delivery Failure
Returns/refunds will not be provided if:

Delivery fails due to customer unavailability
Reshipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged Product on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged:

Record a video while unboxing the product

Share it with us within 24 hours of delivery
