Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed successfully.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Some products or promotional events may offer Free Shipping.


4. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners like:

  • Delhivery

  • BlueDart

  • Ecom Express

  • Xpressbees

  • India Post (for remote areas)

All shipments are trackable.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner details

  • Link to track your shipment

You can track your order anytime until delivery.


6. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If you are unavailable:

  • The package may be returned to us

  • Additional re-shipping charges may apply

Please ensure your phone is reachable at the time of delivery.


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Customer unavailability

Reshipping will be charged extra in such cases.


8. Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a tampered or damaged package:

  • Do NOT accept the delivery

  • Take a photo/video of the package

  • Contact us within 24 hours with proof

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
